Really, Really, Really frustrated right now. I'm not exceeding my calorie limit, I'm exercising, and I'm still gaining weight.
242.4 lb Lost so far: 57.6 lb.    Still to go: 112.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I took a peek at you food diary, and you have been really, really diligent. Unfortunately, the problem is not that you're not sticking to it, it's probably that you're attacking it from the wrong angle. Chances are that you're insulin resistant, and cutting calories isn't the answer. Please, go to YouTube, and watch a video called, "Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Off" by "Butter Bob Briggs" .

I can relate to your frustration. How's your water intake? I realized I wasn't drinking enough especially now that it's a lot hotter outside. Just a thought. :)

I agree with Mskestrela. Dietdoctor.com is also a good site. Googling insulin resistance and carb intolerance may also help. No harm in researching! Good luck to you on you journey!

Right now I am fasting for Ramadan, which also means no water, so right now my intake isn't that good. I cant eat or drink anything between 4 AM and 8PM.

I have a friend who is fasting and she tells me dat drinking tea with lemon is helping her wen she is done fasting for the day also that she trues anx eats fruits

Well I'm keeping my calorie level low, although yesterday I treated myself to ice cream for dinner lol. I dont know what is going on with my weight because I don't own a scale so I have to wait for going to my parents house on the weekend.
