Two consecutive days of over 1000 caloric intake, i wonder what that is going to do to the scales tomorrow night. But it has all been high fat (good fat) low carb food.

Probably nothing bad Ma'am. Don't fear. unless you ate some really gnarly stuff, you will be just fine.

Thanks guys for all the support and encouragement. Yeah 40lbs ago i didnt think i could do it. but now, i KNOW i can. and the thing is i felt stuffed when i ate that much. i guess my body has got used to it. But i am going to up it after i get the other 10lbs off. I will lose the second 50 more slowly. that is my plan anyway
