Well, no weight loss this week...bummer. Course, last week I actually weighed in at 196.8 and wrote 196.0 so I guess I actually lost .8 lbs. Sure is going slow...
196.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 June 2016:
1256 kcal Fat: 72.95g | Prot: 117.88g | Carb: 27.73g.   Breakfast: Borden Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Egg, Coffee, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose), Bacon. Lunch: Powerade Zero Fruit Punch (Bottle), Turkey Burger, Wax Beans, Provolone Cheese, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: Crystal Light Strawberry-Orange-Banana Drink Mix, Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Taylor Farms Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Celery, Cucumber (Peeled), Broccoli, Jennie-O Turkey Breast Tenderloin. more...

From your weight chart it looks like you lost 14 lbs in 1 month, nothing to sneeze at! There will likely be weeks where the drop is minor, but then you might get a sudden larger drop here and there.

Gotta give the body time to adjust, Dart! It took a while to pack it on, and it will take a while to pack it off. Hang in there, keep the faith, and do it for you.
