Not sure what the problem is but I weighed myself this morning and I'm showing 193.4! I know I'm weighing in early but I checked the scale several times. I did notice yesterday that I was urinating a whole lot! Must have been full of more water!?
193.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent - in watching people lose weight over the years I've seen some people do this. There is a scientific reason: When the fat is burned for fuel it is often retained for a bit as water in the cells; when the body decides it is safe to let it go you'll get the extra urination and sudden drop. One dieter called it the "whoosh." Anyway, THAT should make you feel great about your progress!

Yes, I had to weigh myself 3 times this morning cause I didn't believe the scale! LOL
