Hi Smarty, I know we all missed you. I always figure, well hubby must be home. I think of you, when I see pictures of my Rams in Oxnard. lol Peanut butter and jelly! lol Sounds yummy! Glad to hear things are Ok there! Have a great one!

OHHH.... I so remember how yummy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are. Made thousands when my kids were that age. No worries, smarty.... you got this. You know what you need to do... and part of that is being active here to get the encouragement, love, and support we all want to pour on you. :)

I think I gained a lot of weight over those child-raearing years cleaning up my kids plates, eating the crusts of those PBJ's! LOL 

Welcome back: you were missed!  

I had the worst attack of the munchies last night that I have dealt with in months and months! I follow a calorie-restricted plan (a daily goal limit, but I allow myself to average that daily goal over 6 days with one day off per week), and I went over budget (calorie-wise) by a half-a-day's worth of calories! EEEKK!!!! I just allowed myself to keep noshing as long as I kept recording it, knowing that I would have to make up those calories later on this week. By being careful today, I think I can make it all up. But last night...I don't know what got into me! I just couldn't stop eating! 

I think that green friend might not be so good for you. Even if he's fun to be with.  

Ack! I take 10 days off and look what you done did?!? #nomoweed #grindtime #pantsfallingoff

avocado hunting.... 

I bought lots of avocados today at the 99 Cent Store. Small ones 6 for $2, large ones 99 cents. 

99¢ is a good buy on a large Hass avocado. It's been a lazy day here at la casa, time to grind out those pushups!  

You guys kill me!!! ROTFLMAO!! 

Hey Phil you can plant some outer space friends in your garden! If they invade nobody would know since your neighbors live far! Lol.. Warren I have 10 unripened avocados from my next door neighbor - they're the big ones! I'm just opening the drawer each day and awaiting their ripeness! 

Oh, I never thought of that. Maybe my DEA brother-in-law has some seeds, he might know someone with the NSA, come to think of it, one my sister has a good friend that works for the FBI and one of my Psy Chi brothers works in AI for NASA, surely someone I know has alien seeds, right? lol 

Every good DEA agent should have a brother-in-law with hobbies. #BreakingBad
