Good to see the scale moving down, and so quickly at that! I'm feeling determined again to get my eating back where I want it to be. Even though I have eaten much less the past two days, I can make healthier choices going forward. Right now, I am proud that I have been able to stop grazing all day! Despite the craziness of the last week of school, I will make it to the gym this morning.

Great loss! You are moving into a better class of losers :) Good going on the grazing thing, I have to remind my folks here that we are not cows and we do not have to be constantly chewing on something!
