I fell off the wagon this weekend. Didn't log my food. Carmel apple and 2 chicken tacos while at Six Flags Amusement Park on Saturday. Sunday, I was so worried that I would have gained (but I didn't), that I didn't eat all day and then had greek yogurt with blueberries for dinner. Did the same on Monday. Today, I attempted to get back on track. Tomorrow, I will be back to my Way of Eating. Eating wrong whether too much or too little are both bad habbits. Onward bound with healthy eating habbits! :)

Cheryl, we all have days like that...that's for sure. The caramel apple sounds wonderful...sure wish I could find a way to make s/f caramel...lol Glad that the scale stayed put. Have a fabulous day, and as Bren says, HANG ON!!!

Stef, the carmel apple was really good. I wonder if there is a low carb carmel sauce (I'll have to check it out.) I was way passed my lunch time, so I grabbed something a little healthy (the granny smith carmel apple was staring at me :). After walking to each of the roller coaster rides for my 12 yr old GD Savannah, we finally made it to the picnic area at 3PM. I just got back onboard the wagon with you all!
