Had a damn good week. Not cookout nor birthday party could tempt me into carby deliciousness and it was worth the sacrifice.

I havent been 185 in over a year and am back to being over 100lbs down total. Fifteen more pounds to my initial goal of 170.

Happy Memorial Day to all of my stateside buddies. May you enjoy your day while we remember the sacrifice of those who made this all possible.
