Inspired a week ago by former Army Special Ops guy who, after complete knee reconstruction, completed 900 parachute jumps. Ultimately had both knees replaced 2 years ago... and just completed a half marathon at 49! He was the guest speaker for my daughters senior banquet. The message he sharded was to "Finish Strong" Till that night, I was content to run my 5K's. Now I want to do a half marathon! Added an extra mile o my normal 5K tonight. 32:54 for the 5K and 9:20 for the additional mile... FINISHED STRONG!
