Travel day. Gonna do my best to eat right and lift plenty this week. Its going to be a challenge! 3 days and 4 nights in a hotel. It's in a very convenient area with lots of food options though. I'll keep the FS family posted and do my best to track my food/exercise while I'm out there.

That sounds like my week next week. 3 travel days. It's going to be pretty tough-I will be missing a lift day on Wednesday unless I decided to do it at like 6 am..

I packed everything when I went down south so I could eat properly. Then I would allow indulgences, but I would make allowances in the calories for them too. It works. You'll work it.

You can do it - you know what to do. Hotel have a gym? If not, bodyweight exercises will work - You will rock this, Chadlius!

Hotel does have a gym. Was under maintenance when I went to use it last night though. 😡

if you cant even find a place to use a guest pass for a week I would get a workout doing body weight exercises in the room. I mean its better than nothing right? But I would do what jimmie suggests.

Fitness center was back up and running tonight. Got a great back, biceps, and abs session in.
