Early morning workout this morning before work. I cant do weights with everyone watching me so mY workout time will be switching. Lower Body day Squats,leg press, glutes press, extension, curls, back extension and of course cardio... Already feeling the pain... LOL No Pain no Gain

good job! I use my Sweet Sweat belt and solution which makes you sweat even more and targets wherever you put it. :o) Double Sweat!!

Nah. Just twisted, trackin. I rarely sweat. I go climbing with a friend and the 'fat' just pours off him. He wears a cloth around his forehead and is constantly wiping sweat off. Maybe I'm just that cool a guy? Lol. Yeah, sure.

I think you're cool, NM. I didn't sweat when I was younger and now I do. Go figure. It hasn't made any difference in my tendency to get overheated.
