Down another pound and a bit from the last posted weight on the 26th....3 pounds down from the 20th when I "decided" to get serious again and stop "maintaining". This is the lightest I've been since I was in my late twenties, I'm 6'1", big bones and have always carried a bit of muscle, think sprinter/linebacker physique NOT endurance runner.
Intermittent fasting, skipping the odd meal, being very careful with portion size and still keeping active have all contributed to the latest loses, but really it was the mind that had to change for me...that was the biggest reason I was stuck on that long plateau. A big shout out to several buddies (you know who you are) who have been big encouragers and continuing inspiration for me and others...have a great Sunday where ever you are!!

Hey Raj, I might not be the one to ask, there are some here that know a lot more than me regarding Intermittent Fasting (IF)...I don't follow a set program...more of an intermittent IF program, lol. I will skip breakfast once in a while, skip lunch as well once in a while...that creates a fast from the night before of between 16 and 20 hours. Check online for the benefits beyond reducing calories. Calorie reduction is only reached if you don't over consume on the next meal(s). Take care, hope that helps. If not check the forums or even start a new one and I'm sure you will get the information you need!
