Wow - all I changed this past week was log my food intake! I guess I was seriously underestimating my food intake previously!
251.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 101.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean. It seems I can never lose weight unless I log it all. Those little spoonfuls of peanut butter or handfuls of almonds here and there get me every time.
