Hey Phil, I take it all back, man! You are an Einstein! lol AVOCADOS, BABY! I just hit my 30 year low!
257.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i have tried an avocado. i only got 1/2 of one ate. I need advise on what i can do to make it better so i can start eating more of them.

It's funny, I make the greatest avocado dip, but with creme cheese and MSG lol or normally called Lawry's Seasoning Salt. Sprinkle some of that on. If you aren't afraid of salt, you can do that too.

Love those avocados, that's awesome Warren! Guacamole is a great recommendation, Jimmie, I eat a lot of that, too. My favorite though is to eat them plain. Split, remove the pit, peel, and yum!

my fav is the avocado cut up, squeeze some lime juice on it and a little coarse salt. DELISH!

I was putting lemon juice in my water.... and later found the carbs in it lol ... I don't think one limes worth of juice will do much, just don't forget to log it. ..... also I friggin love limes and that's a fantastic idea

Nice drop, Warren! I didn't weigh this morning but hoping by the end of this week I can see some fabulous results, too. They really are filling, aren't they?

@Navymom - try fresh-squeezed lemon on avocados. If you can, get Haas (or California) avocados. Their skin is darker green and thicker than the Florida variety. Also they are better if not too underipe or overripe. They ship them underipe.

i think the one i bought before was a florida variety. and i will try maybe some lime as i am not too keen on lemon. Thanks guys. i know that they are the healthy fats so i am going to try to get to liking them.
