I lost a whole pound, well must be the bread I love eating because I haven't eaten any for almost a week. What treat do you give yourself when you've lost weight?

Following the LCHF diet, my treat is always bacon! So when I order breakfast and ask to replace the hashbrowns and toast (both of which I love) with tomatoes and cottage cheese I cheer myself up by adding a side of bacon.

I get a manicure, pedicure, or buy myself flowers. Food is not a good treat for me because it continues the insanity.

when I lose some poundage I try on the clothes that were previously uncomfortable! this always makes us feel good and reclaiming wardrobe is a free and easy to celebrate our successes!
