I may have to stop buying feta cheese. I really overdid it yesterday. I'm not sure why, it's like I'm CRAVING it. I'm getting back to the office reorganization today. I would like to start sorting through at least a box a day and pitching and putting things where they actually belong. I'm missing a lot of things and figure they are in here. The room has definitely become a "catch-all". When my daughter moved in and put everything from my studio in here on top of the already collected pile, it was the final straw.

I woke up late today and my coffee is sitting beside me as I write. It's hard to believe I didn't like coffee until I was well into my 60s. I started drinking it for the health benefits. I couldn't do without it now. I always thought is smelled wonderful. As an aside, when I was still working, I worked at 7th and May in Kansas City. That just happens to be directly across the street from the the back of the Folgers plant. I think that one has been shut down now, but you can't believe how incredibly lovely it smelled to work there. That was when I didn't drink coffee, but even then I had to say freshly roasting coffee has to be one of the most heavenly scents ever.

OK, I've done my daily journal and I'm off to finish my coffee and get a little work done. Have a happy day everyone!

Morning, Bonnie!! Sounds like you are getting a lot accomplished! I would so love to work across from a coffee plant...what a heavenly smell...nothing smells quite like a newly opened can of Folgers!!! lol Have a great day, my friend!

I was never a great coffee drinker until I started Atkins because I like my tea with milk and sugar (can't do it black), but have always drunk coffee black no sugar.....but oh that smell is so delicious......

After noon Johanne..I love the smell of coffee..I have to agree with your comment on it...I also like the smell of bacon...I can't live with out my coffee in the mornings...it helps to clear my head...Have a great evening...

Yvonne, I use unsweetened almond milk and Truvia in mine. Stef, I'm really happy with today's accomplishments. I have the boxes completely reorganized and stacked where the bed was so I can start sorting them more easily. I ran into a couple of big recluse, but not nearly the number I expected to find. That's the only room I hadn't put sticky traps in yet. I'm "plumb wore out," but I feel like the whole situation is manageable now. I ate dinner at lunch time and am still very full. I think I'll start doing that from now on. I'm ready for a shower and wind down.

OMG!!! I spoke too soon. I moved one of my huge illustrations that had been leaning against a chest and there were three huge recluses (well huge for recluses anyway) sitting on the back of it. Usually, they don't tolerate each other in groups like that! I think one of them may have gotten away. Damn!
