I'm trying to laser-focus on this last pound this week. I'm gonna get a little extreme on my diet. Spinach, bacon, and cream will be most of my calories the next few days. I'm hoping that by artificially restricting my food choices, I will be able to avoid going off the rails with snacks or treats. Once I hit my goal weight, I want to stay within 5 pounds of it.... in perpetuity.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
