This is not good - two evenings in a row I'm doing some after dinner (mindless) nibbling. Will nip this in the bud - I've come too far to start going backward.

Buffy, put them under lock and key..that way it will be harder to get to them....Dang thats a good idea...may have to do that for my self..LOL...And NO you don't want to go back wards....

No Buffy, don't do it - it isn't worth it, especially after how well you have been doing.

Buffy, plan for your snacks so they fit in. I think if you need them just plan for them easier than thinking you won't do it.
