Why oh why!!! Either aliens or girl scouts or just demon spawn keep leaving the break rooms filled with tasty little treats! Went to refill my water bottle and there is three quarters of a three lay Italian Cream cake on one table and on the other one is two pies : Coconut custard with mountains of whipped cream and Mississippi mud!!! Oh Dear Saviour help me resist... I just want to FACE PLANT in all of them!!!!!!

Somebody brought those in so their house would have fewer calories. I do it all the time - buy a cake, eat a slice and then bring the rest to work! Resist and spite them!

Just keep putting it off 10 more minutes... I am going to have to start bringing in a bigger cup for my water or I will cave to temptation! Maybe I just buy a case of bottles, but then I feel guilty about all that plastic.... what to do!

that was why I stopped going to the break room where I work. I usually sit in my car and have my lunch away from it all. It was always bagels, cookies etc all the junk its awful I sympathize

Stay with your plan - once you add the sugar - you will have terrible cravings for more! Remember, friend, it is seldom worth it. Think how great you feel walking by it. YOU have control!

Brush it off...You have experience the taste of them all and this is the reason for the struggle...You are worth more than a dessert, which only last a matter of minutes on the lips and forever on the hips!!

LOL! Well, I sit here with cupboards full of everything you can imagine, and to be honest, not much of the food is on my diet. I guess it's called will power. I can tell you this, now that I have gotten to a point, where I feel as good as I do, and can move as well as I can. I hope like HELL, I never go back. This is NIRVANA, period !!!

Thanks everyone! I made it back to the breakroom just before 5... and they were all gone, just crumbs... sometimes it really helps to NOT get up and walk!!! Either way thank you all again. Your support and good wishes have helped me start to conquer my cravings... hopefully I will get past them soon...
