Thank the Lord we got 1 1/4" rain overnight & this morning :) Walked Shotzie after stopped, then did 35 minutes pilates at home. Doing laundry & little cleaning today, make up for being gone all day yesterday. Everyone have a good rest of the weekend !

I've noticed that weekends when it's time to weigh in and record the "weight scales" don't seem to like me very much. Gained .4 pound, it's suppose to go the other way !

You might be bloated from the salt & nitrates on yesterdays pizza toppings? It will probably be gone by tomorrow.

I have noticed the grass is a lot greener since we got our 3 inches of rain a week ago...looks nice....Have a great Sunday.........Bren

Just change your weigh-in day if you find that your weight tends to the higher side, for whatever reason, on the weekends. Just don't skip regular weigh-ins, as they'll keep you honest with yourself and also help pinpoint when troubles, if any, occur.

I agree with Buffy. It was probably the pizza and should be gone in a day or too.
