Whole 30 Day 15!

Half way there guys. I meal planned the whole weekend. I actually ate less this weekend. My boyfriend and I were very busy redoing the office and living room. We were busy both Saturday and Sunday. I did not take too much time to think of food. I ate when I was hungry and I didn't snack all day. Being busy on the weekends keeps my mind from food.

This whole30 thing is pretty easy to stick to. Not gunna lie though, when I made my boyfriend pasta I was so close to tasting a spoonful. But I kept all the temptations away with ease. The only thing I truly miss right now is some homemade hot cocoa with coconut milk and honey =( ALso dark chocolate.


If I actually make progress by the end of this 30 days. I will take a day to have my chocolates and one off meal, then I might attempt another 30 days. We will see

I made myself plantain chips homemade this weekend. It was the perfect salty snack and a lot healthier than the crap in the bag. give that a try!

it's the high insulin spike I want..so why waste it with adding Dextrose, or Waxy Maize to my shake when a Snickers and Cadbury's Fruit n' Nut tastes so much better :-)

thanks all!!! The support here really helps me keep pushing! @Mahjohn- totally agree. Why fake it when you can just use the real thing? Plus I think real sugar is better than the fake anyway
