Good Evening, FS Warriors! I started back on my walking and strength training again today. And I started tracking my intake. Hopefully, I'll keep it up this time. I actually sat down today to try to work out a schedule for exercise, academics, guitar practice, home projects, church responsibilities, and hobbies. You know what? I can't figure out how I had time to go to work before; my schedule is busy. I have to alternate hobby and project days. I know it will all work out. However, I remember how time consuming the mowing and yard work will be come Spring. I think I am going to have some long days. But it's all good; I'm doing what I love. I just can't do it all in one day. I'm making my health a priority from here on out though. Hoping everyone has a great week. Toodles!
