Glad you are here...we know what happens if we don't "start over", we end up starting over at a higher weight. I had some dark chocolate last night and this post helped me to remember to just reset, reboot and reach out. Thanks Debi!

Never to late to hit the reset button and begin again. You learned the lesson. Stop and inhale the blessing and get moving again. You have the power now put into action.
