After relaxing and hitting the heated rice bag last night my pain is down to a dull roar. The bruises on my knees are still a little tender so I will skip a few of my exercises today. I think I will do my walking and sit ups and see how I feel before I push it any farther. I really am thankful it wasn't any worse. Super thankful for stay at home Saturday's today.
