I have not been tracking food these past few days. Being busy at work is not a valid excuse. It just means that I need to put forth a little more effort make the time.


Diet Calendar Entry for 14 January 2016:

BuffyBear, Have you tried the FS app on your phone or tablet. I use that most of the time when I'm busy and only log into the computer FS occasionally.

TXSnowman - I appreciate the tip but since I'm in front of a computer all day so it would be more convenient than the phone.

Buffy, I also tend to do mine @ work pretty often lately. Some days impossible here as it is simply too busy.

Hmmm...have you considered meal planning the evening BEFORE? Then all you do is follow your plan. I tend to pre-log my day so I know what I have available to eat - I can be flexible but tend to follow whatever I have logged in advance.

HCB - Oh yes. But then that means I might have to get up 5 minutes earlier - LOL. But, seriously, it has got to be done.

Buffy, Not so good. I skip many a weekend now as I tend to nibble when I remember to eat and I skip tracking on holiday weeks and vacations. I don't want to go back to where I was a few years ago so I try to track most of the time. I was better at it when I was working on getting to my goal. Now it's more habit of eating within my plan and then seeing if it fits adjust for a day or two if it didn't. HCB is on it, planning really helps.

There's a new challenge starting and it's about logging all your food maybe you could try it. I'm restarting and I've decided I need to do the challenge. Hang in there it will get better.
