AWWW sorry DFW. I do hope you are feeling better. Quit eating the kid's snacks. (I know you ;)) Wine is yummy but it often leads to munching on other things (I know that one too well)

Don't think of it as a late start! We are not even two weeks into this new year. Some people are already giving up on their resolutions by now, but you are boldly stating yours to the world. Good for you! :)

Good resolutions. Some wine and diet pop are okay to have to keep you sane! As for the cursing, just do it under your breath!! And please journal here everyday!!

Actually aggie95, diet pop isn't good for anyone. The artificial sweeteners are not good for your body and can increase cravings and actually cause you to gain weight.

A start is a start and you're there, er, uh, I mean, you're here! Wine and cheese as a planned snack is actually o.k.! (moderately) Step awaayyyyyyy from the diet sodas (evil in a can... or bottle). Good, realistic goals you've set! LOOK OUT 2016!!!!!!!!!!! :p
