I have not weighed for two months , I am starting fresh from today and am going to record my food eaten every day so that I can stay motivated and get as much of this weight off by Christmas.

1565 kcal Fat: 63.54g | Prot: 45.94g | Carb: 200.19g.   Breakfast: Whole Milk, Sugar, Coffee, marmite, slice Wholewh Brown Bread, Buttro. Lunch: buttro, Chicken Vienna - Rainbow, Tomatoes, lettuce, Sweet Onions, Chutney, Corned Beef (Lean Only Eaten), slice Wholewh Brown Bread. Dinner: chicken breast fillet, rice, Green pepper, onion, oil, beans, sprouts, Cooked Carrots, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other: chicken vienna - rainbow. more...
