I have not weighed for two months , I am starting fresh from today and am going to record my food eaten every day so that I can stay motivated and get as much of this weight off by Christmas.

1565 kcal Fat: 63.54g | Prot: 45.94g | Carb: 200.19g.   Breakfast: Sugar, Coffee, Buttro, slice Wholewh Brown Bread, marmite, Whole Milk. Lunch: lettuce, slice Wholewh Brown Bread, buttro, Chicken Vienna - Rainbow, Sweet Onions, Corned Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Chutney, Tomatoes. Dinner: beans, Cooked Carrots, oil, onion, Green pepper, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), chicken breast fillet, sprouts, rice. Snacks/Other: chicken vienna - rainbow. more...
