Kudos to all FS members that were able to stay on track all through the holiday season. I was not one of you. A quick viewing of several recent journals let me know I have lots of company. It is interesting that while I can say I am in recovery mode I know my resolve is not as strong as it will be when I have several days of being truly mindful and take action on progressing toward my goals again. Seeking comfort in the moment has not been my friend. I know I can't wait to feel motivated, but must act as if I am and work on changing my mindset. Good luck to all who embark on this journey to better health in 2016.

We learn as we go...sometimes we learn that at a certain time of year, we let go of the reigns a little and that may be ok as long as we don't stay there :) Glad you're back.

You are absolutely not alone :) I spent the month pigging out and am now paying the price. Not beating myself up about it. After all, I went 18 months without cheating once. It just all hit me over the holidays. It's over now and I'M BACK!!! Goal weight here I come!!!

You will get there, just take one step and then another and another. Make a change everyday from your old habits and soon you will have jumped back into the weight loss highway.
