What can I do but laugh... More than 20 lbs in 1 year, that's what happens when I don't write down everything I eat and keep it between 1200 and 1600 per day. I would love to wallow in 'not being able to eat like everyone else', but it's a waste of time. So back to writing it all down till I'm back under 155.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 73.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well most people can't eat whatever they want and stay thin. That's why the weight loss industry makes billions. But good for you for taking charge and getting back to it.

I drew a line in my closet - got rid of all the "over 240lbs" collection. So, I have a choice - either track what I eat, or go nekkid. Too cold in Ohio this time of year to go nekkid...
