NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!
I can't accept this. This is terrible.
I hadn't weighed myself for a while and now this is the result I get from the constant binging and purging.
I HATE MYSELF! WHY AM I DOING THIS TO MYSELF!?

Why can't I just stick to my plan?
It should be dead easy to just exercise everyday. Even a little bit.
I can't keep living like this.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

Hey hightulip, dont put urself down...its ok to gain weight and exercising everyday isn't as easy as everyone makes it out to be...sticking to a plan is also hard but aslong as you know what your goals are and what you want to achieve then its ok if you slip up aslong as you pick urself up and start over....I've been in a slump and been losing a little and gaining alot since February, its only now 9 months later that im actually back on track properly, it takes time, never try and rush ur weightloss journey :) Always remember that you have the support of all the members here and you can interact or msg any one of us if you need advice or help with anything

What is your "plan" that you are failing to stick to ? Exercise is good but the food is the key to it all.

Hightulip how tall are you? 45 kilos is an unrealistic goal weight .... it looks as though your body really wants to be 55 + kilos, and unless you're 4 foot 10, 55-58 kilos is probably a super healthy and slender weight range for you ... but I'm so glad you're back on the board posting! Stay in touch x x x

Killermatrinis has a very good point. It's not only just about weight. Two people of the same weight can look completely different depending on their bodyfat/lean mass composition. Focus on your measurements. You could even become heavier but slimmer.

Hi everyone. Thank you for commenting. I didn't know people could care so much to say something about my entry. And I'm 159cm in height. I had a freak out about my weight, because I have a low self esteem and an issue with eating. (As you may have noticed) My weight has never gone up so high before that it made me unable to think straight. But I found out something today. I weighed myself again. Thank realized that THE NURSE WHO WEIGHED ME AT THE CLINIC MADE A MISTAKE. She WEIGHED ME 10LBS MORE THAN WHAT I ACTUALLY WEIGH. I'll change my weight history as soon as I finish this message. I'm aware of what I'm trying to achieve, and that it might not be completely healthy. Again, thanks for all your comments.

Wait a minute. Your goal weight is 100 pounds? :( That's really low.
08 Dec 15 by member: northernmusician
Hightulip as much as you might want to be 100 pounds you must consider that your body's bones, water, organs, blood, fat, etc. may weigh more than that altogether. Nobody will be able to judge your weight when they look at you so strive to look good and give them something to admire :) Weight paranoia can affect your life negatively so don't mislead yourself by weight alone.

Actually, for average women the essential inner organs, bones, brains and fluids added together is only 45 lbs. Not kilograms. 100 lbs is still healthy range for me, or is close to it. I've dropped to 85 lbs before. And I admit that that weight was pretty low. But 100 lbs felt very good to me.

Don't be average, be awesome :)

I don't mean to be rude, but how old are you?

>northernmusician I'm 19, if you were asking me.

I have gained 5 pounds in a week, it is very frustrating. I know which foods do this to me and I indulge anyway. Such a kick in the pants.

Sorry I can't support a goal of 100 pounds until I know more Hightulip. How tall are you?

Something that isn't talked about enough is the risk of osteoporosis among women who serially diet. Hightulip, if you don't want to end up with fragile bones and early poor bone density, it's really important to follow a program of exercise that will keep your bones strong (along with diet). Please get your nutritionist to include bone health in your conversations! One of the biggest risks for fragile, porous bones is frequent or yoyo dieting...
