At the gym this morning, I saw an acquaintance I have seen there weekly for a couple of years. All of a sudden I noticed his weight loss and commented on it to him. He said he had lost 18# through diet and exercise and thanked me for noticing. It reminded me that nothing appears overnight, be it results from following our plan or abandoning it. My takeaway is that if I don't stick to my tried and true strategies, it may not show up on the scale today, but it will. The opposite (and more pleasant) side of the coin is the reverse is also true. If you are following your plan and not seeing results, be patient...they will come..Happy Friday
