I'm beginning over once again. Not real sure why I'm beating myself up so much lately with food. I haven't been feeling very well, knowing it's been the poor food choices I've been making doing it. I guess that's what's getting me to take eating a little more seriously today. I'm tired of feeling sick. Last January I had my gallbladder out, and I can definitely tell there are a few yummy things I eat that really upset my stomach. What better reason than that to eat better? I guess I need a sledgehammer to the head to send the message home. So I'm starting all over... again k.
300.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Everyday is a new chance... don't beat yourself up, so many of us are right there with ya. Had my gallbladder out too and so can relate. I do one day at a time---heck sometimes it's one meal at a time and I still make the wrong choice...lol as long as you're trying you can't ask for more... good luck & remember you've got support here.

Don't be down on yourself, it doesn't help, and the past is a done deal, can't change it. But today, every day, is a chance for a fresh start....make it your day!

Don't be hard on yourself there are so many people out there who would do that for free you need to be the one source of inspiration for yourself because you do this for yourself

Thanks everyone for your kind words. I've been a member before and have returned bc I know how journaling and food entry helped me before. Walking everyday was the biggest key to my weight loss. Until this weekend where I can find some good shoes, I'll do my work outs in the living room. Another step.k.
