Asarver's Journal, 28 November 2015

So it's been awhile since I have been on here...

Starting December 1, my coworker and I are starting a "whole foods" kind of lifestyle change together. So I guess no added sugar, whole grains, fruits, veggies, etc. I'm making a list of foods that are acceptable. They are 2 cheats days, where I can eat unhealthy foods. ;)

We'll see how this works out. I have tried calorie counting, and just eating when I am hungry, the slow carb diet. It's not so much the diets / meal plans, it's just my conviction. I would love to lose weight, but at the same time the energy it requires, the amount of willpower...

I have been running about twice a week, and playing volleyball once a week. This week I have only run once, and volleyball stopped last week. It starts up again this week though. :)

So I suppose, let's see how this goes... :p

Welcome back and congrats on embracing a new clean way of eating. I know getting rid of processed foods will make you feel great. I would limit the whole grains at first.. it will help get rid of any lingering cravings. GOOD LUCK!
