good morning Atkins buddies. Now I am on day 3 of my new commitment. Would you believe this, My knees have been bothering me, like getting stuck and not wanting to straighten out when I get up in the morning. That caused me to hobble to the bathroom. Once I was up and about, they straightened out and worked ok. Well this morning after being the low carb for 2 days, my knee didn't get stuck. I didn't have to hobble to the bathroom. I am giving the low carb credit for this phenom.

That's terrific! Depending on what you were eating before, it definitely could be helping. I know when I'm using wheat/sugar products regularly, my inflammation (joints, muscles, etc) goes up. Glad for you :)

That's amazing!! I am also giving the ketogenic diet a try because my diet has a strong impact on my mood. I am doing a trial period for now to learn more about what I need to have at home at all times, what has hidden carbs, try out new recipes and that sorts. Then for the holidays I will eat whatever for two weeks while traveling and then go back into keto. Will log progress and then compare moods, weight and energy level between low and high carb diet.
