hello diet buddies and others who are trying to get past the day of feasting! I have a houseful today. Last night I fixed them all pizza. I am proud of myself for just eating the topping and leaving the bread go. I had a few grapes and I finished the little cup of died peaches my grandson didn't eat and I feel like the day was victorious.. We are all going out for Thanksgiving at the Eagles lodge and that is a blessing. I am going to pass up the heavy carbs. This morning we had a breakfast I had eggs and sausage. I wish you all success for today and a very blessed visit with friends and family. Happy Thanksgiving.
