Just getting back from a wonderful haul of fresh grass fed beef, milk, butter; free ranged chicken & eggs, organic veggies, sweet potatoes, and a few fruits (fruit for the kids).

I also found some VERY pleasant organic decaf coffee. It tastes a lot better than the other decafs I've tried. I'm not missing the caffeine as much as I thought I would. I think I was more concerned with the taste change more than the actual caffeine.

Sitting here waiting on my version of stuffed bell pepper to finish cooking. Ummm Ummm... They smell good!

I've been using an organic decaf coffee too and the taste is amazing! Glad you found something you can tolerate so you don't miss out on coffee :D

Did you know that coffee & all green teas have a substance called tanic acid in them. Ever notice that little film of oil on the top of your coffee? Well that is tanic acid and this is what it does to your body. It coats the entire length of your intestines with a tar like substance. This tar substance stops your body from absorbing the vitamins and nutrients in any and all foods and drinks! It's great that you use organic food but until you give up the coffee & tea it's really not helping you. I gave up the coffee 3 years ago and am much healthier because of it! Just something to think about. :D

Stuffed Bell Pepers, I suppose there is a resepy on this website that I can look up.

Larry, you can put anything you want in them. Just like, ground beef and bell peppers. Now, what sounds good in that mix? Throw it in, mix it all together with GB, stuff bell pepper halves with mixture, and bake. I mix in spring onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, garlic powder, and cumin.
