People like that are trying to make themselves feel better by tearing others down. I agree with the others here who see how beautiful you are! Just keep telling yourself "I'm the hottest person I know!"...lol...it sounds corny, but it can do wonders for self esteem.

In my best Elvis voice; "Hey, little mama, don't sweat the haters because the haters are just sweaty."

Sweetie, you are so pretty! There's always gonna be someone who wants to tear you down, but just remember, nobody can make you feel inferior without your permission. Hold your head up, and keep in mind, you are worth fighting for!

What I've learned is that people who like to criticize others on whatever the topic may be, but especially when it comes to other people's weight, is that they are unhappy with their own lives/bodies and if they see even a slight change in someone around them, be it an attitude change, lifestyle change, or even a weight loss, they must tear that other person down in order for them to feel better about their own lousy lives/bodies. They fall into that "misery loves company" paradigm. These are also negative, soul-sucking, energy vampires. Time to kiss those kinds of people goodbye... family member, friend, co-worker... whomever it may be. And if you cannot distance yourself from said person/people, then distance the attention you give them. Eventually when they realize they cannot suck the life out of you anymore, they will move on to make someone else miserable.

I have had surgery. Foot. No walking. No exercise 8 weeks. What can I do? I'm staying on my strict 1200 calorie diet.
