People are noticing my weight loss,, I really haven't lost any more in a couple months because I have plateaued . But I think the Strength Training is paying off . WOO HOO

YES - strength training makes such a difference. The Idiot Box matters not - it is inches and bodyfat lost that make us look smaller - and the increase in muscle.

Comments like that are great. Doing strength training probably means you're tightening/toning up and that makes a visual and physical difference even if it doesn't show up as much on the scale.

Keep going - the weights tone up areas, but cardio burns off the fat covering up your beautiful emerging muscles. It's like a sculptor chiseling away a David to be.
