I'm stalling and idk why. Its extremely frustrating. Its times like this I feel like I should just eat whatever I want. *sigh* but I'm going to keep on pushing until I figure this out. Wish me luck.

Have you been eating low calorie for while? You might want to check into something called calorie or carb cycling. Its a technique that the bodybuilders use to drop pounds while keeping their metabolism high.I have a very sluggish metabolism and its the only thing thats worked for me.

I have thought about Carb cycling. Fortunately, I think I figured out my problem. My fat/protein ratio was off....and I need to focus on my carbs coming from high fiber veggies instead of add one. But I still think I want to try cycling in the future.

Measure yourself. usually the scale stalls while your body re-adjusts itself. I went through 4 "plateaux" when the scale didn't move but I was losing inches like crazy.

I measure once a month. Its taking all my willpower not to hold on, but it's only one more week. I'm noticing my clothes fitting differently, so you could be right.

Keep going. suddenly you will weigh yourself and find a loss of weight. We all go through the doldrums and feel we are wasting our time.
