sick. Is it effects from a flu shot? I don't know. Weak, guess I'll try another potassium and see if that helps. What I really want is to go back to bed. Have too much to do though. I' also extremely cold! wearing two coats and was trying to type with gloves on this morning! After I put dinner together I'll probably go to bed early.

Oh yeah it's the flu shot alright that's why i never get one. I hear it all the time that people get the flu shot and then get sick.

Ditto what Poohle said. My last flu shot was the Swine Flu vaccine, fever, chills, shakes, never again!

The nurse told me I wouldn't get sick from the flu shot. Ha! Liar! I had chills, a fever, and aches all over the night of and a couple of days after my last shot. Also kept my BG's high for a week from the inflammation. Guess it's better than getting the full flu?

My husband was awfully ill, after each one third was the worst, apparently it is only good for a particular strain of flu it was designed for. Not all flu's NZ buys old batch from over seas. Scary.

I do feel better today, still tired but not like yesterday. My BS has been up too. I hadn't gotten a flu shot in several years but figured I'm just starting to feel better maybe I should get it. That's scary that NZ buys old batches! We keep getting told there aren't enough here.
