My weight may not have gone down this month, usually going up then down then up then down but not below 173, however I just got done measuring and I am down 7.5 inches! Last month I had weight loss and no inches lost. Go figure. I might try to make a goodwill trip this weekend and see if I can wear a smaller size yet.

No Jury duty today, we have been dismissed. I guess that trial isn't going forward and they came to an agreement.

Feeling better but still feel worn out and weak. Potassium didn't help the other day so I think its fall junk trying to get me down. Well, everyone have a wonderful day and eat well!

Yea, add to that some bugs going on around this time of year and you'll get the fatigue. Try some B6 supplement, even B12, those are the "energy" vitamins. But I hear you on the "scale doesn't budge but I lose inches". I had that happening about 4 times since I went LCHF. I went to Goodwill this past Sunday and got a few blouses and a couple sports pants, as I got tired of having to pull up all the time the ones I got when I was 160-165 lbs. Being on disability and fixed income I can't afford to spend a lot on clothes, so I just go to Goodwill and see what I can find in the "50% color of the day tag" range. Which is really neat, Sunday I "scored" two pairs of sports pants, 2 long sleeve blouses, a jacket and a brand new waffle maker all for $14.47.

I do take a B complex, and drink a zippfizz each day which has more energy compounds. Yes Goodwill can be a great place to find clothes. Our stores haven't seemed to have much I can wear, and I usually have better luck out of town, but we do have the main store close by. Maybe now that I'm in normal sizes I can find more. I'm not really pulling up my pants as most were elastic waist anyway, but they are very very roomy around the hips and waist, and tops are falling down my shoulders. I need more jeans, so hope I find some good ones. You got a good deal! A waffle maker alone is over 15 bucks!
