Does anyone else get tired after eating breakfast?
hi, i was the same then I decided to get a nutri blast and found I could drink this and felt heaps better. I am an early riser as i travel an hour to get to work. and found a healthy nutri-blast does the trick and does not make you feel tired but energised and it sustains me till lunch.
