Happy hump day:)

My chiro appt went well yesterday. My left hip is still inflamed. Not surprising with fibro. Our bodies just don't bounce back quickly. He adjusted my back which really helps then he gave me some homework in the form of stretches to do and some simple core work for my abs.

Oh and update on my eyes. The virus I had in my eyes for over an effing month has finally left the building! Now it's the dry eye thing and glaucoma that needs to be addressed. I also need a new pair of glasses.

Meanwhile today; I'm in the process of making my 1st batch of high fat low carb yogurt. I got real tired of not being able to find what I want at my grocery store so I'm making my own! It's got about 8 hours to process. I can't wait to try it. Go me (smiles)

High fat/low carb yogurt? Wow, look at you Ms Industrious. Am looking forward to a full report on how it turns out. I haven't had yogurt in so long. Happy to hear your eye is better. Sorry about the dry eye though, been there/not pretty/not comfortable. Hope you have a good hump day back. Much love.

I'm glad to hear that your chiropractor is helpful and offers you some relief. I'm also happy that your eye infection is done with, but now you need to address the other issues concerning you eyes. I admire your strength in dealing with your health issues. It seems that there is always something to deal with and you handle it with grace and dignity. I'm also interested in how your yogurt turns out!
