Still figuring out the 21 day fix (with just the containers and recipe book)....today I do believe I'm getting closer to working it out! (Good news!)

Tickled with the weigh in, though I did snack a bit after supper (the goal is not to after 8pm), and it was after 8pm. Got 95% of my water intake in. New goal is 121.1 fl oz a day (per the water app on phone).
Here's my water intake from Last Wednesday.
10/14 - 36 fl oz
10/15 - 72 fl oz
10/16 - 105.8 fl oz
10/17 - 75.6 fl oz
10/18 - 52.9 fl oz
10/19 - 92.5 fl oz
10/20 - 105.8 fl oz

I have a friend that swears by it and has had wonderful results :) Shes been doing it for about 8 months now. She is fit and lean now, started out on the smaller size, not very overweight but her stamina and energy levels are through the roof now she tells me. She is looking great and strong.
