It's about 400 km from home. Terrain here is very similar. SheaDlady asked if I was south as in toward Alabama. Yeah well, south is south, but I drove south 1000 km and was in the south... about 300 km from the US border in Canada still. A 10-12 hour drive gets me almost half way through the province. BC is bigger than most countries.

Wow. Now it shows the botch I made in logging the weight? That should actually show a down arrow of 2 pounds. Maybe they need an 'adjust weigh in' function?

LOL - thought you were being your usual sarcastic self with a weight gain and saying, "I told you it was water weight!"

I agree Northernmusician, an "adjust weigh in" function would be helpful. I would also like to have and would benefit from "spell check." You are a talented photographer, thank you for sharing with us.

How do you get rid of 'water weight'? Diuretics?

peaceful.

You can use spell check with your browser. It is usually under settings. Google it for your browser type.

Thanks Rose Tampa. I'll try it tomorrow. I just wanted something easy that was right there.

No Diuretics. It's a natural consequence of cutting back carbs. HCB. Me? Sarcastic?

Bwhahahahaaha! ALL of us musicians have a sardonic side, you know.

I heard a song one time. I'm pretty sure it was country. The memorable lyric was, "I married you because you look like her." :|

That's Lyle Lovett's, " It's Not The Words." Beautiful song and easy to sing. I grew up on country music, but am more of a rock gal, especially if it's danceable :) I'm 58 to give you an idea of who I loved and still love to sing along with. My son helps keep me aware of new music by occasionally surprising me with a CD. Sometimes he'll make a CD of assorted music, sometimes he'll buy one. Within, the last couple of years he has given me, John Mayer's, where the light is, live in Los Angeles and Adele 21.

@northernmusician ~ I was wrong, the correct title of Lyle Lovett's song is " I Married Her Just Because She Looks Like You.". My apologies.

Ah. Gotta love Lyle. I don't think I have that CD. Watcher. Have you heard "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room"? I love that song. Not a Mayer fan in general. My guitar students keep me up to date.

@northernmusician Lyle does have a certain quality to his voice. I don't know how to explain what I feel when I am listening to him. We share a love of at least one of John Mayer's songs ~ "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room" is a favorite ~ it is in my opinion a very sexy song. Mark, my 22 year old son, gave me the CD. I tease him that the only reason he's getting his Major in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Computer Science is so he'll have the money to support his love of music. Do you think I might be a proud momma?:) He started off at 4 with violin- music teacher moved away; he got into and excelled at clarinet; then guitars~lots of $$$$$.$$ on guitars. He has acoustic, electric, one may be an electric acoustic, and a little combination guitar, I don't remember what he told me it is called. I'm happy you are sharing your talent with yout students. When you teach you never know how many lives you will touch. Well, I've got to record my weight and look through the messages. Good thought are coming your way. Bye
