My head is pounding today and I know I have a migraine brewing, so this could be a long day. I may have to leave work early today, but I'm hoping it goes away and I can stick it out. I have done a workout today and got my meals and snacks planned, so at least I don't have to think when it comes to that.
I started my FB challenge for healthy eating yesterday and it went well. Today should go well too. The thing I struggle with most is dinner and evening snacking and that is one of the things I'm hoping to learn to do better with this week.
Not much else going on, and I can think, so I'm going to try to muddle through the rest of the day. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!!
