Siiiiiggh....I've tried everything!!!!...i just don't know....Its like when that HUNGER hits, I'm a whole other person. I'm not the person that committed to staying within a 1500 calorie range, or the person who said " NO MORE FAST FOOD" just the night before, or the person that realize that my ENTIRE!!!! family have diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, I'm not the person that realize that I'm already predispose to these things so I have to make a change. I turn into this nonchalant person, Oh tomorrow is another day kinda person and by the time i get to the bottom of the plate, dish or box, Nastacia Smith comes back, and she starts a pity party and starts feeling sorry for herself...Last night was a mess, i don't even wanna say how much i ate, its embarrassing...PRAY FOR ME Y'ALL....TODAY is going well, lets see if i can keep it up.

You can do this

One day at a time . . . one meal at a time . . . one BITE at a time, if that's what it takes! If you do find yourself slip and in the drive-thru of a fast food restaurant, then try to order something relatively healthy -- a salad, grilled chicken sandwich without the bun, etc. If cravings are going to hit and you feel like at this early stage you're more than likely to given into them, then just get rid of all the 'junk' in the house and snack 'healthy.'

Train your body to become comfortable eating your RDI. Slow sustainable changes.

Oooh, yes -- I like Jparlett's suggestion -- whatever your current, average daily calorie intake is (average over SEVERAL days or however long you've been tracking), then make a goal to just drop that total by 100 -- maintain/sustain that for a few days (a week, even) and then drop another 100, etc.

One thing to try: Get rid of all junk food at home, anything you like to binge snack on. Replace them with low-cal, healthy snacks: air-popped pop corn, apples, Polar fruit in a jar, etc. Things that will fill you up and relieve the hunger cravings but won't add a whole lot of calories. It's all about the calories, IMO. God bless.
