It was a little warmer and more humid this morning. I managed to make the entire 5.5 miles. If I said it was easy I'd be lying. I had to overcome the negative self talk telling me to stop. It could have been due to starting off too fast. The first 2 miles were easy. The last 1/2 mile my quads were starting to burn. I pushed through everything and kept my eyes on the goal.

Tomorrow is core day at the gym. It should be a good time. I need to really push myself. Remember that sweat is just fat crying :)

Well done! I'm hard pushed to walk 5.5 miles. Fat crying, I like it! You push yourself pretty hard. Have fun at the gym tomorrow. I think I'm going to do some lifting tonight. There's a pint of beer with my name on it at the pub down the road 😁
