Tomorrow I am going to start fresh. Going to be more aware of what I eat and what I do. Going to be more in control. Back to weighing and measuring everything before I put it on my plate or in my mouth. Planning my breakfast, lunch and snack for the next day the night before. I am determined to make this work.
