Skipped breakfast so I could go out and have a good lunch. Cannot believe how many calories the Fish Taco salad from Moxie Grill is. Unbloody believable! 950 calories! Wooot!!!???!!!

People say "there is no reason why you can't eat healthy when you go out" are they kidding me? 950 calories can be one entire day's allowance which I ate in only 1 meal. That too, did not fill me up but oh well!

I have another engagement tomorrow which will include eating. And, that's my last eat out for 30 - 90 days depending how fast I lose the weight.

Goal is to get down to 110 pounds or wear size small blouse, whichever comes first.

Workout today was great! Only 26 minutes but it kicked ma b'hind!!! Love it when I sweat!

Eating out and eating healthier isn't impossible. You just have to substitute or withhold many of their original ingredients. As for the hunger afterwards...eat more fiber. Many food high in fiber will fill you up without throwing you off your caloric game too far.

Best thing to do when eating out is to stick to meats ( chicken or steak) and steamed veggies. Most restaurants have that on their menu

Never skip breakfast, you'll most likely to overeat later. Eat before going to parties :) you won't be hungry when you there.

Another idea is to research the restaurant and menu ahead of time so you can choose exactly what will fit your program.
